Basic Safety :

always wear safety glass while in operation
tighten collets so that bits dont fall out
always plug in the spindle coolant
always VERY securely clamp in materials to be cut
run programs without any material to test speeds and feeds
use coolant on the running bits to keep them from exploding and sending shrapnel into the air

Basic Usage

turn on water cooling pump
set control box to PC (this will give the computer control of the spindle
un-pop or reset the emergency stop button and press start on the spindle
turn on computer and load Mach3
in mach 3 load your cut TAP file (this is full of instructions to control the CNC)
Load your base material part (that is to be cut) and secure it FIRMLY by any means needed
ensure clamps and holding method are not covering any part of the Program to be ran!!
Zero your machine where you designated Zero while creating your TAP file
Turn on air
put on safety glasses
Press GO.
STAY WITH MACHINE WHILE IT IS RUNNING
