Time for 3d printing. there are other options when creating, such as CNC machining, but for learning nothing beats cheap plastic.
If you are interested in using the printer even if just "click and print" it would be good to learn more about the 3d printing eco system. This video goes over the whole process like you were buying a printer, but it covers materials, the software.
These websites have many models provided by users like you! just search for something, anything! Doorstops, window latches, drill guides, open-source RC cars, clones and copies of famous characters, and just about anything you can search.
Some sites let users charge for their work, this is great because it encourages an open market of ideas.
When watching this video, you will see a 3d printer is just a computer controlling a machine. The concepts in this short video are practical to machinist and engineers in many industries.
